BIC: " Bye Sonia. I gotta go mail this letter to my brother. see ya later." she told her as she left the great hall with her letter in hand and headed up to the owlry

Sonia smiled. "Bye." she called after Pheobe before sitting back down at the ravenclaw table. She sighed tired of being so lonely.

Li stood up from the gryffindor table adn walked over to Sonia.
" I'm sorry about earlier. But i don't understand why to have such a gruge against that first year?" She said.

Sonia glanced up at Li and smiled for only a sec. "It's a long story." she explained. "And you probably wouldn't want to hear it."

" I do..I want to understand so i can help." Li said

Sonia patted the bench beside her. "If you think you want to hear it, I'll tell you."

Li sat down. " go ahead."

"See that first year is a Jones. Well her father and my father were rivals in school, so were our moms. They competed for everything. Spots on the quidditch teams, higher grade scores, teachers' attecntion, even popularity. Well, when I started here at Hogwarts, there eldest son immediately started the rivalry when he learned my name. Well, that was five years ago. We've been at it. Our parents still compete, and we competed for five years. Now that his sister is here she started the same thing. Well, the other day it escalated." Sonia said. She took a deep breath.

Dani came down from the slytherin common room sleepily looked around to see if anyone was in here that she could talk to and than walked over to the Slytherin table to find some food, she was really hungry.

"Hey Dani! How are you?" Dale looked like he'd been up all night.

"hey Dale!! I'm good and how are you?? you look tired" she smiled at him and than laughed a bit thinking that she probably did too she'd only had a couple hours of sleep herself.

"tired. My friends handed in their homework before I could copy iy, so i stayed up all night doing various pieces. Then our portrait was asleep. So i stayed here and talked to some of the house elves."

{note: dobby left Hogwart's to search for harry potter...I wrote that in A LONG time ago in the hospital wing thread....just a heads up not to use his name}

Dani smiled "awe, that's too bad" she said smiling at Dale hoping to make him happy "yeah I couldn't sleep very well at all last night for some reason"

Dale gave a small grin "Why?"

I'm trying to keep as far away from the characters in the book as possible.

Sonia walked in. She looked normal however she didn't sleep. She had spent the whole night wondering through secrets passages and dodging professors. She yawned as she sat at the table.
