Correction: I live in America, I know our country. That's more then I can say for you 😛 I thought that Romania was somewhere near Greece.

that's up for you to decide, but I usualy define it as being smart about things that you can not learn in school, but for which you need a certain natural born feeling or a certain amount of experience
