That's not always true, my mums cat is very clingly. The first thing it does when it sees me is leap up and cling to my arm with it's claws sunk in deep... 😕

Like my cat will come and sit with me when I'm home, but she really doesn't care if I'm home or not.

I like them both...my family has had both dogs and cats ever since I can remember. Cats are more independent and can live without human help. Dogs are loyal and can be good protection. They both have great qualities so it's hard to choose just one of them. 🙂
