do u think the election was riged for bush?

The election was NOT "rigged" for Bush... for crying out loud.

Let's examine history, people... the facts are all there, layed out in plain view.

It was the MEDIA who prematurely announced that Gore had won Florida, before the polls even closed in Florida... HIGHLY suspicious and irresponsible behavior. The Florida pan-handle is in a different time-zone than the rest of the state, and some folks hadn't even voted yet.

AFTER the media said "oops... our mistake"... the Gore team continued to try to BLOCK the military absentee ballots from "counting"... This amounted to several thousand "pro Bush" military votes... and Gore knew it. Think about that... the would-be Commander-in-Chief wanted to deny the at-sea military their rights to vote, because he knew they would vote vote his opponent.

AFTER the polls closed, and the tally was finished, it was the GORE team that began saying "Dade County voters were stupid... and confused... they MEANT to vote for ME..." It was also the GORE team that kept Missouri voting booths open an extra hour - something which is illegal, by the way - because they knew it was a pro-Democrat area that would bring in more Gore votes.

It was the Gore team who, in Wisconsin, bribed HOMELESS people to vote for Gore.... with CIGARETTES. This from the "I'll spend my last breath fightiing Big-Tobacco" Al Gore.

Anyway, folks... whether or not you care for our President, he won the election in SPITE of Gore's and the Democrat's efforts to bastardize the entire political process.

Watch in '04 as they try it again. We'll be counting muddy footprints as "votes" in Democratic districts... "Obviously, these footprints indicate a voter who TRIED to vote for our candidate...."

a few months after the voting, the university of Florida (if I'm not mistaken) recounted the votes, they came to the conclusion that Gore won, beating the crap out of Bush with several thousands of thousands of votes

Exactly how did the University get their hands on the votes?

from what I read (it was a small article) they just asked and received under an ammendment about "free knowledge" or something 😖

Hmmm. Interesting. I did a search. Couldn't find any info on the University doing a recount. I did find this info on a recount, though, that still showed Bush as the winner...

cnn 😛

well, it was a tiny article, if you wish I can try and locate it in the archives of the magazine

No big deal. I just hadn't heard of it before. You don't have to mess with it.
