I got it yesterday, and had my bro played some while I directed him.
Please, no one get discouraged by the somewhat slow beginning. After a ton of weird stuff starts happening, including a freakily cool introduction of the new enemies, The story begins to chug right along in a slowly unravelling mystery truly worthy of a feature film. It drags a little when trying to collect munny as a mandatory objective.

Anyone else love Axel's English voice? It just sounds too cool, to me.
I had no idea the game was out. Yeah, I knew it was coming out in March, but I had forgot all about it.
I don't know what it was, but as I was walking through the game section in Wal Mart today, I was just strolling by at a moderate pace, not prepared to stop and buy anything and I see this game laying at the bottom and on the back I see this CG Face of a person. It didn't occur to me who it was, so I don't know why I stopped, maybe b/c the CG Animation looked good to me or subconsciously I did know, but either way, I did a double take and I stopped and went back and looked at it, I still didn't have a really good view b/c it was underneath a shelf and not in full view but as I walked up to it and got a better look, it dawned on me. (keep in mind that all of this is behind a clear screen slide door as you all know how Wal Mart keeps their games, so it's not like I could pick it up to get a good look)
So I started looking up at the games on the shelves that were set up and I see it.....Kingdom Hearts 2. I was surprised that it was out ,b/c I had forgotten the release date. Although March is pretty much over and I knew it was coming out March, I forgot about it, like I said before. I've been occupied with my first year of College and the such. So I was surprised but at the same time not surprised.
I also experienced another feeling that surprised me. I got excited.
I bought the game and that was that. I still haven't played it, but I'm looking forward to it.
I've been seeing the commercials lately but the one I've been seeing hasn't been showing the release date or saying "now in stores" like usual.
Maybe the commercial got me excited, I don't know. I do like the Theme Song though. And that's kind of surprising, b/c usually it takes a while for me to start liking songs such as this, so they must have really did something right to get me liking it right off the back within my first or second listen. Especially sense I'm so use to the first Theme Song being associated with the game.
I'll be buying the soundtrack also, as I did the first one.
So I'm looking forward to playing it and I'm glad I got it. It also seems to contain more action in it and the combo attacks don't hurt, so that definitely didn't hurt in getting me to buy this game. The fact that Yuna, Riku, and Paine are in it, didn't hurt either.
So JKozzy, no need to think I'm stupid anymore for not wanting to get this game just b/c I didn't get to complete the ending of the first game.

Yeah I think Jesse did a really good job as Roxas, and I LOVE Axel's voiceover.

Australia? Dunno. They might not even have a release date set yet. Your best bet is to google it.
IGN doesn't have any info on a release for it, they've just got the Japan and US dates listed.
