I think the version with the disappearing scar is good. But i think, too, that harry will die, maybe he and timm riddle fought, then they're both dead and the last sentence will be: on his forehad was no scar. or anything. that would be a great end! (i think *grin*)
Snape will kill Voldemort (see my thread with the same title😄)
but if not, maybe the connection with Harry and Voldemort will kill both of them, like, V kills Harry then is laughing mainacally and then all of a sudden he DISSOLVES or something...
but then Harry wakes up from being dead, because Voldemrt is gone so he can live a normal life...
And then Dumbledore says "my work here is done" and dissappears from the wizarding world, to become only a rumour, and to be occasionally sighted as a Muggle...

I was thinking maybe Percy Weasley is going to "reveal" himself... (He's going to take Voldemort's side) And Harry would have to kill Percy for some reason. Then Ron realizes that even though Percy was a traitor, he's still his brother. Ron then betrays Harry secretly, and will be brainwashed by one of the death eaters. Hermoine then starts falling for Harry in the 6th book, but realizes that her true love is Ron. She redeems Ron from evil in the last 2 chapters of the 7th book. Ron wakes up from being evil, admits his feelings for Hermoine. He then saves Harry just in time when Voldemort is about to kill Harry. And the trio will beat Voldemort, but there will be a big consequence for his death. Like maybe one of them are going to lose their memory forever or something like that. Maybe Harry will? But I think nobody in the trio would die =) Hope not.

but i think that percy will turn out to be secretly working for the order. i think it would be kind of cool if we found out he decided to be fudge's assistant just so that he could find out what the ministry was up to for the order. just an idea
Reports say that JK has already written the last chapter of Book 7 ahead & I was able to collect some theories on JK's last sentence -- there are 2 versions: 1 where Harry dies & 1 where he lives -- ok, this is very long but i hope you'll be patient --
Harry lives:
#1 - After Harry defeats Voldemort, ______ says, "Harry, where is your scar?"
#2 - Harry stepped in front of the Mirror of Erised. All he saw was his reflection smiling back at him without the lightning bolt scar.
#3 - "Slowly, Harry Potter's life began to disolve away, along with it his scar, thinking, 'This is it... I mean all that I've been through is over, just like it never happened." Just then, an 11 year-old boy awoke from a dream that felt like forever, and felt his forehead and said, "If it was a all dream, why do I have this scar??"
#4 - The Dark Lord was vanquished and happiness spread through wizards and muggles alike. The evil was gone, the prophecy fufilled, and Harry Potter lived, rid of his scar.
Harry dies:
#1 - Harry defeats Voldemort but will die in the process, as a hero of course. Everyone will be sad but will remember him for defeating you-know-who. It will be a happy ending though because it will end with harry being with his parents and the last sentence will be, "And everyone remembered the boy who lived, the boy with the scar."
#2 - "Voldemort lay upon the black rock of that high summit, utterly ruined, smoldering in the flames of hatred that he had woven through long years of power. Harry turned and looked out into the night, and departed from the burden of flesh. He was pure spirit now, bearing neither burn nor wound from the tumultuous battle, and he would never again feel the pain of his scar."
#3 - Harry and Voldemort both die, from a huge battle where Harry is able to destroy both of them with his scar. They will search around the battlefield to look at the reamins and will end with, "Harry Potter, Order of Merlin, First Class,..., Scar." Indicating that was the largest part of him left, like Peter's thumb.
#4 - "The only way you can kill me Potter is by killing yourself too," said Voldemort while looking around the fortress walls, wondering what Harry might take. The moment he looked back Harry was pointing his wand at his scar!
#5 - And Harry, looking at the Death Eaters and Voldemort surrounding him looked up into those cold eyes one last time. His life was flashing before him... Hagrid telling him he was a wizard, meeting Ron and Hermoine for the first time, saving the Sorcerer’s Stone, defeating the Basilisk, learning Black was his god-father, making all those Dementors go away, that fateful night at the graveyard, seeing Voldemort in his fourth & fifth years, losing Cedric, his parents, his best friends, Ron and Hermoine, his god-father...
and a hatred, such as he had never felt, ever, in his 17 years of life seared through his blood... he suddenly pulled out his wand... “AVADA KEDAVRA” he shouted, blowing the Death Eaters apart, his hatred for them shooting out of his wand...
and then, feeling that nothing was left to live for, he pointed his wand at his scar...

Guys ... don't foget this is a platform of good & evil; So Harry has to die killing Voldemort. Ron will also die helping harry ... hermione will be the only one to tell. so this will be a sad book in the end .. andthat for it has to be so.... strenghtening the right values in the society , ppl u love it worths dying .... Sumarrising..... harry will kill Voldermor.... just before duying Voldy will Kill harry while Ron will jump to protect harry with his body so the three of them will duy ... hermione will lay down speachless and then she will tell the whole story ... i like the idea of Dumbeldore disapearing like unicor cause he is one !
You guys sure know how to make me sad. im just sitting here reading these possible endings........and the one with ron and harry dying and hermy being the only one of the trio left was just too much for me! im crying!!! i know that the final book wont be a total happy ending. it just cant but please.........nothing that SAD AND HORRIBLE!!!!! or i wont ever recover!
