What was spoilerised and theorised that didn’t happen:

1) There was no Matrix within the Matrix
2) Neo IS the One. No one else is.
3) We do get a clear answer on who the Mother of the Matrix is.
4) Some answers ARE left open
5) The plot is the second “half” of Reloaded and works as such
6) The story-line doesn’t make sudden abrupt divergences from the taste of Reloaded.

Oh, yes. But some of it can’t be revealed as nonsense without revealing what’ll actually HAPPEN in Revolutions.

Spoiler:

1) Neo doesn’t stop the sentinels through metaphysics. It IS answered how he did it.
2) Why he’s in a coma is also explained.
3) The machines are NOT out to learn about love.
4) There will BE no Matrix 4. The story ends with Revolutions.

1) The sky isn’t starting to get blue. The most logical explanation to the picture of the Logos flying over blue skies was the correct one.
2) Morpheus and Niobe do NOT get married.
3) There is NO indication that we’ve met any previous Ones.
4) Neo is NOT a machine. Neither is Morpheus, Trinity or anyone else who hasn’t been presented as a machine or AI-program.
5) Morpheus has absolutely NOTHING to do with the Kid. AT all.
6) No one takes OVER the Architect.
7) The Architect didn’t lie. But he’s not omnipotent.
8) Basically, Reloaded sets the “taste” for Revolutions. It doesn’t diverge from the scenery set in M2. A lot of the sane guesses were correct. The outlandish ones ARE… outlandish.
9) There is no EVE-machine.

Morpheus doesn't suddenly run into the middle of the crashéd Logos and yell, "Neo, Trinity - you can't die, because I love you!"
