At first after seeing The Matrix Reloaded I thought that the architect created the matrix but after seeing Revolutions (SPOILER AHEAD) at the end of the movie the architect says something like "what do you think i am human?" well its either he lied there or hes a program so lets say he is a program, who created him to build the matrix? i would have to guess that the machines created it all themselves like in the Terminator because the Big Face thing talking to Neo in the machine city seemed to be the head machine of the matrix so i guess somehow they claimed him king.. can someone just clear all of this mess up once and for all or we'll never find out bc the movies never gave us the answer to this question if not then u can make theories
