Matrix Comic Hex Code? Look to the Oracle?

Why is there a required 'hex code' when seeking to purchase the Matrix comic book of the whatisthematrix . com site? What is the code for this? It apparently gives an additional 10% off the purchase.

BTW, anyone else picking up the comic book or are you choosing not to be milked?
