Owww......My hand is really sore i spilt a pot of boiling water over it and now my hands all red and stinging and it hurts to move it. 🙁

cold water running over it is supposed to alleviate the pain

yeah, maybe it gets so bad that you can't even like move you hand for like a week, you should go to the doctor....🙁

Try an ice pack or frozen peas.

hmm if you poored hot boiling water over your hand I'd go to the doctor ASAP, might not be really necessairy, but can't hurt either

i wouldnt put it directly on ice...the rapid transition from extreme heat to extreme cold can do serious damage to the nerves and muscles in your hand and wrist...which will suck
