I love prince and think he is a musical genius,does anyone else still listen to him or do people feel he is he out dated?

Am i right in believing there is no thread about Prince? I was introduced to his music a couple of months ago and i cant believe how goddamn FUNKY he is. Amazing writer, performer and guitarist. He's written a load of songs i didn't know he'd been behind and he just can't get much better.
Does anyone know if him playing Glastonbury has been confirmed.

Fair do's i guess. He isn't really in the "mainstream" market. He's released some new stuff in the past couple of years though.

He's a really good writer, he's been producing i think recently.

He's still around with the NPG, you can buy all his new stuff as and when he releases it online. I have almost everything he has released in the UK, When I grow up I want to be just like him, well apart from the lack of height and the eccentricties, but other than that, just like him.

he's kinda anoying to me (good singer though)

Dont blame you! he's shorter than me and i'm not very tall. Has anyone seenthe "Rave Un2 the year 2000" or "One Nite Alone" DVD's? Amazing proof of just how great an entertainer he is.

He is very talented.
