The Merv a buddy of one of the other "Ones"

Maybe the Merv, as Trin calls im, used to be one of the buddies of one of the "Ones". Like Persephone said, "He[Merv] used to be a lot like you[Neo]". Maybe he was one of the program allies (Like Seraph or the Oracle), but something traumatic happened to him, and he turned evil and silk loving.

They never did say the reason mero hates the oracle.

the Mero is from the first iteration of the matrix...if he was a friend of a previous one, that one was pretty messed up, cause im guessing the Mero has been like this since the First Matrix fell apart.

THe Merovingian was the program made to discover why the first or second matrix failed he found his nature of the universe outlook said choice is a illusion and the oracle was created to fix it.

Due to the Meros Lecture on choice and the nature of the universe he was the one who found out that we make choices based on varible emotions and feelings that can be controled so really nothing is a free choice. So he was replaced by the oracle to fix it as she did. He chose exile and has been in the matrix since.

He hates her because she can predict how humans will react and control things. PLus she replaced him. Thats why he wants the eyes of the oracle.

NO, that is incorrect...the Architect says that "Thus the answer was stumbled upon by another - an intuitive program, initially created to investigate certain aspects of the human psyche. If I am the father of the matrix, she would undoubtedly be its mother." He basically says that the one who figured out why the matrix wasn't working is the Mother of the matrix, so unless you are telling me that Mero is the mother, you are wrong.

Really she gave him a lession. She gave Rama her shell to get Sati in. That hwas her choice. I still believe some how he was involved in the making of the matrix some how jedi.

He said that the Oracle gave Rama her termination codes to give to Merv so he could get Sati into the Matrix....and that it was her choice,

He also thinks Merv is in someway connected to the creation of the Matrix.

No the merv is someone who has bits that are isolated in the matrix so agents can't get there to get the keymaker and stuff...
