It's obvious Neo is glowing, so the anomaly was not retrieved from him. What would such a code DO in a dead body anyways?

What we have to ask ourselves is this:
IF Neo’s body is glowing WHO or what has transcended. We have THREE objects here.
Thomas A. Anderson. Neo. The anomaly.
The former is DEAD in the Matrix (the bench). Since Mr. Anderson was a Matrix “entity” a Matrix avatar for the pod-man, this MAN is dead.
But what about Neo? How, really, does Neo and Mr. Anderson differ? And no, I don’t mean it in the sense, Mr. Anderson was a pod-human, Neo isn’t. BOTH are the same MAN, but at different stages.
The anomaly was the collective subconscious disbelief in the Matrix of the 1 % who didn’t truly believe in the Matrix.
If Neo and the anomaly have transcended, then WHAT have they transcended to? Exactly?

It could be just Neo's energy transforming into something else...at least thats' what I think! I don't think he can come bk as Neo though.....His task as Neo is finished.

yes, his task as the physical Neo is finished, however, i think that Neo, the persona, the...mind, is still alive...

Neo is not a machine. the reason he is glowing is because he has the power of the source running through his body. And in case you didnt notice, that is the first scene of neo in the matrix script. He is still alive and i believe he will be the next link into bringing the world back to a liveable place.
