Scenes not seen in other releases:
1: Scene showing an an execution is missing
2: Scene showing an executed, hooded prisoner is missing
3: Scene showing executed prisoners being loaded on a truck
4: Scene where monroe plays the tape recorder and the tribe goes into ecstasy and the guide tells Monroe "You did it God damnit! They've just invited us to dinner!" there's an added second where Monroe responds "What?"
To optimize the digital picture quality, the highest possible bit rate has been used to author the film for DVD which requires a large amount of disc space.
For this reason the extra features have been placed on a separate disc. (EC-Entertainment titles produced according to these principles will be labelled ULTRABIT)
Presented in a Special limited 2-disc edition of only 4000 numbered copies with slipcase.
In addition to stunning picture quality: this is the longest edition of the film ever released on DVD or Laserdisc. includes 3 cuts missing from recent Italian DVD release.
