Thank you very much Dez, luv ya 😍 No the Graphic Tablet is not a software it's a hardware.
You can draw on it, and what you draw on it will appear on your computer in Photoshop or such programs
The pen and the mouse which belongs to the tablet goes only with batteries.You can see that blue surface,you can change that blue paper, on the blue paper is a plastic surface, and there you can draw.I took a pic of this device with the webcam this is it's pic.

It's cool I say, you can use the pen instead of mouse also. And it's made for young artists. It's a bit expensive, but it's worth it. 😄
