How do i get those little icons that i see when people message me?

please tell me!

It's in the Profile section of the site. This belongs in General Discussion

i cant find it!

Step 1: Click the 'Profile' link (@ the top of the window)
2:Click 'Edit Options' (should be near the top)
3: Scroll down until you see 'Avatar'
4: Click 'Change Avatar'

Done and done
