Depends on where you live, in Australia you would get around nine or ten dollars an hour.
You could be a check out clerk or be unpacking and putting things up onto shelfs etc.

and $5.50 in your currency is basically like $9 AUS.
I can't think of any real cons... except for may the boring and repetitive work.
You need to start somewhere to build up your resume and these places don't really ask for experience.

You don't really get a raise in a super market because there's plenty of people wanting to work there and even you stay there long enough to get one it won't be worth it.
well may after 7 or 8 months when you have a bit of customer experience, you could apply to be a sales person in a clothes shop or something like that.
