I would consider it something to talk about in the GDF. Remember, these boards are connected to a MOVIE website. Not a Japanese Cartoon Shows website.

Hmmm...some people want an anime forum, some want a graphics/art forum, anime is a kind of art. Why not combine them to make an 'Anime and the Arts Forum'?

Or, just discuss anime in Movie Discussion, and discuss graphics/art in the general discussion forum, I don't think there are enough threads for either of these to need their own forum.

yes, there are many anime movies, it's just people choose to ignore then. i mean, there are a ton. i can name at least 10 off the top of my head.
