LOL, that's an episode of the simpsons that parodied NOES!

I know its where Grounds Keeper Willy got caught on fire and none of the parents that where there for a meeting did anything.They just sat and watched so then he said he was gonna kill there children then he died.And then he tryed to kill Bart and Lisa in there sleep so they went in there to kill him.So they fell asleep and they where gonna kill him and they almost did but then he caught them.He was about to kill them when Little Maggie fell asleep and showd up and then she saved them it was cool and funny.

because he killed kids befor he died then the parents on os springwood burend him to death so as the ultiment revenge he continues to kill there kids only in there dreams where the parents can't get him

It had nothing to do with a school........Freddy's face (and entire body) is covered in burns because he was burned alive inside of his boiler room by an angry mob of townspeople who were upset that Freddy was released from jail.
