Johnny Depp - Younger or Older?

I've seen lots of piccies of Johnny from when he first got famousfied up to the latest ones. And i gotta say - he has grown better looking as he has grown older. He wasn't bad as a young person (far from it) but like a good cheese (!) he has matured well. What do you think?
