Ok the sig I wanted was a sig of "punk people"..Looking at each other in the eyes! with the words"What is love, love is when people look at each other in the eyes and finally express it!"

hello, i need someone who can make moving sigs, or smilies to make an eel that can wiggle, and make it green, and if you can, make it flash a yellowish light behind it every so often so it can be an electric eel 🙂 thankies!

ok, id also like someone with the ability to make sigs move to make me a sig, its pretty simple, but i want it just so, ok, i want the avatar to be 41x41, and to have 9 dots on it, the dots to be red, and to one by one turn blue, and then when they all turn blue, work back turning red
like this, but all the way to the end, then work back red:

And the sig i want to be 499x85, and 9 dots in the bottum left corner and the top right corner to do the red/blue changey thing also, but when theyget to the top with the blue, each letter turn blue, then go to the upper righthand set of dots, turn them blue let demonstrated above, then work back down in red with each letter and to the lefthand dots and so on. i hope thats not too confusing 😮
also on the sig, i want my name 'Nazgulinthedark' to be the same shade of red/blue as the dots, and it to be the augie font (www.dafont.com) in size 24 in the middle, like so:
