It's not 11 lines.

Your sig text adds to the lines, remove those and your image will work.

It's not really that hard. But animated ones can be a little bit harder to make... Do ya want one? Anakin themed?

It's easy: UserCP> Edit options> Change Avatar> look for the option "You can upload an avatar from your computer" .
