Can you request avatar help here? 😕 I am not sure what thread I should visit in order to get help with an avatar I have.

The actual avatar is already done, however it is an animating avatar that is moving. The size is 80*80, and I wonder if anyone here has the knowledge to reduce the avatar size to 64*64 and still have it moving 😕

Of course, I can wait 10 months and then use it in the current size, but I am too impatient 🙂 Is anyone here able to help me out with this?
It would be greatly appreciated and I can put your name in my signature as a thank you 🙂
