Where though? The only possible place seem to be the lower right, but there's an obvious gray outline of your border there.

You have it saved as a .png, which works well for transparencies. To me, it seems like the whole signature is...um...with color. To be "transparent", there has to be part of the sig that is "nothing".

Sometimes .png's are too large a file size for KMC. .gif works better, though you lose some quality, and .jpg is the norm (though you can't get a transparency with it.

Here's an example of a recent transparency (compliments of Tattoo):

The right side makes it transparent, as the light-sword thing is contrasted against the "nothing" background, which simply displays the natural background of KMC.
