It's very simple to make avatars with blinking letters. All you have to do is prepare 3 or 4 versions of the pic with letters in different colors (using Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop, PhotoImpact, CorelPhotoPaint, Gimp, Sodipodi, Fireworks, or even MS Paint🙂

Then join them in an animation using Animation Shop's standard wizard for animations and bingo! 🙄 (of course U can use another animated gif maker)
