Stephen King is tops on my list followed by Brian Lumley and Anne Rice, esp. her Sleeping Beauty series.

My favorite authors are Christopher Poalani, Cornielia Funke, Emilly Rodda, J.R. Tolkien, and......that's all I can think of right now.

Kim Stanley Robinson

Christopher Paolini isn't bad and neither is Timothy Zahn.

I like a bunch of others but those are my favs. 📖

Most of you picked Tolkein so it easily one of the top 3 or imo the best author ever.

My fav author depends on which genre we're talking about...for Hist fic I like Brodie and Brock Thoene
for Romance/ inspirational: I like Dee Henderson
for Sci fi: Timothy Zahn

Favorite Author has to be A.A Milne..His Pooh bear Books are so Cute 🐰
