Can anyone help me? I bought a fujitsu A310 digital camera the other day and windows xp won't let me install the software. I keep getting messages saying the device is untested for windows xp but the box says it's designated for it. I also get a message saying I cannot install the "USB mass storage device" HELP!!!!
