no it's when Neo is in the room with the Architect and he flips him off then all of the other Neos in the creen do it too

neo does that, i don't remember (gonna see it tonight), but i do remember one of the neos doing it (i zoomed in every tv when i watched reloaded the first time, to see what they show)
