First,I'd like to say I didn't hear about this from reading a tabloid.I heard it on respectable news stations.And,in my personal opinon,I believe that he did do it.That's my opinion.But that's what the court system is for,to find out if he did it or not.If he did,he should have to pay for it.Not just because he has money should he get a lighter sentence.He should be tried and sentenced like any other child sex offender.I have doubts that he didn't do it.And the first charge of child molestation in '93 had a lot of evidence against him.Including pysical evidence.They searched his body because the child from the first accusations in '93 gave a detailed description of Jackson's body.And the statement of that child is available now on the internet and it is very graphic and very disturbing.In this new case of accusations,no one knows the actual details of what happened to this 12 year old child,who is male,by the way.But this case will not be settled out of court with a payoff.The laws have changed since '93 and the child will have to testify.It has also been said that said party does not want a settlement.They want justice.Police searched his ranch and they must have enough evidence to go forward otherwise he wouldn't have an arrest warrent.They don't just pass those out like candy.And as to the vitiligo,the reason his skin has gotten that light is because of a medication that he takes for it,not just the vitiligo,and with that medication it does not turn your skin that white.Other black recording artists have said that Michael Jackson is the poster child of self black hate.He's pretty much screwed.And if you don't like what I have to say,oh ****ing well.

Umm yeah sure, I'm not fighting with u or have anything against you I'm just expressing my views on this matter.
His music has nothing to do with the allegations of child molestation.He is a talented artist,but that he should not be allowed to hide behind his celebrity.If he has done these things to this or other children,he should be punished to the full extent of the law.And he's not being targeted and he is not a scapegoat.Any other celebritt would and should be treated the same if they did something like this.Being rich and famous does not put you above the law.A child molester is a child molester.
Yeah I said if,but in my opinion he did do it.He should not be allowed to pay his way out as he did in the last case.It's bullshit.You don't share your bed with a child and I don't give a **** if he is saying that it isn't sexual,you don't share your bed with 12 year olds or children that are not yours.His own children should be taken from him,for their own safety.It is quite clear that he has some mental problems.He dangled his own child over a balcony.He endangered his own child,imagine what he could do to someone elses.
