Just a question. Did Eowyn and Faramir even get married in the book? And i think they kissed on the battlements right? Will that be in the movie?

they did get married yes

Do you think that it will be in the movie? I would like to see that

well aragorn and arwen is in the movie so i think eown will be aswell because she is quite an important character in rotk

plus if aragirn marries arwen they will prob show it just to say *hey shes not heartbroken shes got faramir*

Some certain scenes (of whom I think they wont be in the film) would look far better then

oh, i also thought they would be perfect for each other and that faramir was the next best thing for eowyn.... but now in the movie he's such an a** so i don't know if he will be in rotk too... it bugs me so much, anyone else agree?

I definitely agree BingaBonga! I thought that it worked out really well in the books and everyone was happy, but with the way Faramir is in the movie I dunno. I mean, he's supposed to be this wonderful hero - who tried to take the ring? I was all psyched up for him to tell Frodo that he wouldn't take it, and then he was like "you're coming with me!" If they don't get him back into character RotK will be really messed up.

well, i think that he was nicer in the book to frodo than in the movie! sadly i haven't had the time to go and buy ee tt, but when i get money i will, i want to see what the brothers were like together...

i got the ee here the brothers are much like any others here is a diaologue

i really hope they show them getting married in the movie. and when they kiss, i love that part!! its so sweet! 😍

I'm glad that in the extended edition they at least explained where they got their crazy idea to make Faramir so out of character, even though it was completely made up as well. And then there was the one scene where he helped them leave. Makes me happy he's marrying Eowyn again.
