yes RTO, but wands are just a way of controlling your magic....remember HP starts out with the students seeming like the have little magical ablities but as the books continue you will find the power grows and the various ways of using it does too.

because my parents told me not to eat chocolate or drink tons of pop. so i like drink soda like 2 cans a month.

they told me not to cause they were too lazy to pay for dentist stuff so they wanted me to ckeep them clean.l and i do. but with my fos family they take me for checkups.
