Is the Machine City Zero One? And the main machine is called Deus Ex Machina, correct? What does that name mean?

Also, does anyone have any idea wher Sati's parents were going and coming from when they were in that train station?

Yes its the name of the machine Neo talks to.

Rama and Kamala (not sure if spelt correctly) were in the train station to escort their daughter Sati into The Matrix, they would then return to the machine world.

Well i got told that it meant "God in the machine" awhile back after having some questions about it as its mentioned in Donnie Darko.
