There was an interesting thread in the SW.C forums, started by someone who actually objected to the exhanced scenes on the DVD and took it back for a refund.
He was able to get a refund because he maintained that the DVD was sold using 'False Advertising' because it didn't specify anywhere on the in-store POP or on the case that the presentation was different to the theatrical release. He got his money back.
I am not sure if he really had a case, though it sounds like he may, but it is true that no where does it say that the presentation of the movies has been altered at the point of purchase.
Also, some alterations have never been acknowledged by LFL as of yet.
