Movies that make you cry.

I cried when Mickey died in Rocky 3

When i was a little bastard i can remember crying to, The Fox and the Hound ( when the fox died, or maybe it was the hound)

The Land Before Time ( when little foot saw the shadow of his dead mother )

Never cried at a movie, but here are some movies that were close.

I have to admit, I got a little more than misty eyed the first time I watched Spirited Away, too.

yeah same here.I also did in JFK when Costner gave his speech at the end to the jury.That was really touching and sad.He was amazing in that role.He really became the person Jim Garrison.He looked nothing like the real Jim Garrison did but he really immersed himself in that role and became him.

The Last Samurai always has me [near]crying at the very end charge scene with Ken Watanabe and the Japanese officer... :/

Ladder 49 made me tear up at the end too. Might've hit home more because my father's been a fire fighter for over 33 years.

I have never, ever cried so hard in a movie before this one.

After seeing it in the theater, I had to go to the bathroom, and I finished up crying. Most touching movie I have ever seen.

The seen that almost-but-not-quite-got me was the heartwarming scene with the girl and the good witch. Very touching.

I might as well explain my choices.

King Kong(2005) - That scene where Kong is dying got me all choked up. To be honest, I love the classic, but the way Peter Jackson did Kong's demise was absolutely cinematic poetry.

Iron Giant - This is one of the films I fought most to not cry in. "Superman". *cries*

In Bruges - That scene where poor Colin Farrell was sitting on the bench like a child waiting for his partner as he started to cry, and we didn't even know the reason to it(at that point). Just something about that kinda got to me.

Forrest Gump - Bubba. 'Nuff said.

Lion King - The scene where Mufasa dies. If you didn't get your heart broken by that scene, you don't have one.

Incredibles - "I'm not strong enough". Ok, so it didn't make me almost cry, but damn does it get to me a little.

Spirited Away - As I previously said, the scene with the good witch and the girl as she leaves. So heartwarming.

The Professional - Obviously, Leon's demise. I loved his character so much, and was so heartbroken to see him go.

Ladder 49 - Not a movie I'd be willing to see again, but that ending was pretty depressing.

Spider-Man - The Uncle Ben death scene. God, that broke my little heart. Even nowadays when I watch that movie, I still feel a little sad seeing Uncle Ben die.

Rocky 3 - The death of Mickey, Rocky's original trainer. As silly as Stallone's crying was, it was also really sad and, considering how important Mickey was in the first two movies, distressing to see such a legend in the Rockyverse go.

Im old enough to have seen the DeLaurentis movie at the cinema and even though i was a very small child i remember EVERY kid crying on the way out....myself included.

i was watching Polar Express with my girlfriend last night, yeah i cried a little at the end 😮

I never cry at movies. 😐

I'm easily depressed, though. I sometimes get a little depressed when random one-dimensional badly-acted and flat-out annoying people get stabbed in slasher movies, so... yeah. Apparently my tear-sack is damaged.

Beaches and Bucket List. And we are marshal almost got me.

Pearl Harbour? Many others out there must not have known what I knew cause the thing I didn't like about pearl harbour was it was wayyyyy to predictable.I knew that when Aflecks character wound up missing and was presumed dead,that his brother would get it on with his girlfriend,and I just knew he was going to die at the end.I couldnt get sad about it cause I knew it was coming and was going to happen.

Nearly made me cry. But the end of Click and The End of Godfather Part III(I was a blink away from crying).
