You'll probably just have to wait for an "8th season-Trey Parker interview" to find out what Kenny says this time. 🙁

What usually happens every season is that people keep trying to figure it out(getting it completely wrong) and then eventually Trey Parker reveals what Kenny actually says in an interview.
