Kella had already mentioned it..Be sure to tune into that 8pm E/ 7pm C on ABC. It’ll definitely be worth it!

Yes, Lost comes on ABC on Wednesday nights 8pm Eastern / 7pm Central
If that doesn't help...maybe you can go to a local grocery store and check out a TV Guide. That could probably tell you when it comes on where you live. 🙂
