Dom does a good job of making ppl laugh, as well as Billy. Especially on the ROTK special, he was playing with Billy in his hobbit costume sitting at the table eating cocoa puffs and Billy's like COOKOOO! and dom goes COOKo and he cracks up as he is saying it, its funny.

Any font will be fine, with pipschick on it. and the size i'd like is like your's, maybe a bit bigger if possible?
