I never played it before, but my friend said it was the best of the Tales games so I decided to borrow it from him.

Yeah, it is one of the best games I have ever played. 😐

Ever seen any of the anime out of curiosity? It is actually pretty good so far.

Eh, I wouldn't say it's the best of the Tales games, but still pretty high up there. As for the anime, nah. Afraid not (unless you count the Tales of Symphonia one)..

I agree with my friend, personally it is the best of the Tales games IMO.

Check it out sometimes if you want, not sure how the Symphonia one was but this one is good IMO.

I see. Will definitely take a look at it sometime then. 👆 I'm confident it's better than the Symphonia one (the ToS anime was hardly true to the story of the game version at all, with events happening out of order, Lloyd having an almost completely different personality, and what not).

According to what I have seen and wiki, UNLIKE the other Tales Anime adaptions, the Abyss one follows the story firmly, with only a few minor differences.

I prefer Tales of Eternia more than Abyss.
Personally, it is the best Tales game IMO.
