Well,if I was a mod,i'd see how the first awards went before I did a sub-forum.So,if it goes well enough,chances are that a mod will merit it a sub forum.

ok, everyone submits a list of nominations, then each peron is given a category to add up themselves. they pick the top five from each, then we have our shortlist. then people vote. mission accomplished.

i say just open a nomination thread, show the categories, and make sure every category has at least 3 nominees b4 we get started with the official voting
