well, if ur talkin about marvel's most powerful bieng then it will have to be the one above all, the supreme being which is more powerful than the living tribunal and the heart of the universe, but thats a being or an abstract like eternity and death, as far as characters are concerned, it wud have to be thanos, with the heart of the universe, but if ur talkin about a character who fights with his own power and not the power of an artifact like the heart of the universe, it would be either super ego{the living planet}or galactus galactus, however there are far more powerful beings than galactus in the universe, and quit talkin about apocalypse an the other stupid mutants, they dont stand a chance.
btw, if u consider the living tribunal a character, then hed hae to be the most powerful character, but the higher up u go, the more borin the character or entity becomes
On earth it has to be Franklin Richards. It is pointless to talk about cosmic beings as leon has said - LT would be tha most powerfull.
Franklin Richards at FULL power can create/destroy/change reality which is just under or at celestial power level. However he is a kid, and when he altered reality to make himself an adult..he was still emotionally a kid.
So discluding Franklin Richards, it is Nate Grey..X-Man.
Apocalypse has done nothing in this 5000 or wutever years of reign. and he was only so powerfull mostly due to his planning. and Onslaught isn't a solid character [Professor X and Magneto forged as one entity]. he was also just a villian for his crossover...he never had his own series or anything.
Plus when it comes to a RAW power level with consideration of physical body - it goes to X-Man who's body [around 22 years of age] holds tha MAXIMUM potential of power...where he can overload and thus killing himself.

nope, its thanos!
Thanos couldn't hold a candle to Galactus' flame. The same way Galactus doesn't compare to the Living Tribunal. Onslaught would be somewhere inbetween the Living Tribunal and Galactus.
Unless you're referring to Thanos when in possession of the infinity guantlet, which i'm not sure counts since it's not really his power.
LT
The living tribunal is by far the most powerful being in the marvel universe he is omniscent (knowing all that is), omnipotent (having limitless power), and omnipresent (can be anywhere or everywhere in the universe at once) he's like god!......he has no limits or weaknesses of any kind, it is said the he is the only one who could defeat the leader of the celestials in battle if he so chooses, but you could also say that beings such as galactus, death, and eternity are not necessarily as powerful as the LT, but they are in that they are necessary for the universe to maintain balance, without any one of them the universe would die....... so in terms of cosmic power of any kind the living tribunal cant be touched, but in terms of cosmic importance galactus, eternity, and death ARE more important, but NOT necessarily more powerful!.............i hope all of this makes sense
One-Above All, A.K.A. as Jack Kirby, the Living Tribunal's boss.
Spiderman? Please.
Wolverine would get his ass kicked by most X-men, and already did.
Cyclops nearly killed Apocalypse on his own.
Iron Man is nothing without the armor, and would have his ass kicked by Thor.
Of those all, only Galactus is truly a serious candidate.
