Now, starting with basics...90s' TAS Rogue's hair is awful. I mean terrible with a capital "T". The white strip as seen on Evo Rogue and Movie Rogue (and current Rogue too I believe) is very stylish and attracitve. A bit splotch of white on top of her head? Clashing with the rest of her hair so horribly? NOT attractive.
Now her outfit is...well, it's hideous. Bright yellow gloves, front, pants, boots...(least I think her boots were ywllow too). Yellow can be an attractive color but it's mixed so crappily into the other colors it stands out like a sore thumb.
Now everything on Evo Rogue matched and that's an important factor. Her hair was fitting, her outfit was fitting, her makeup was fitting..it all blended to amke her look great. Plus who doesn't dig the sexy whisp of hair hanging down into the girl's face?
^ I actually prefer the blotch of white that 90's Rogue has to her current strip
But I digress, Storm is the hottest in both the cartoons and films... I mean really, an exotic leggy goddess who has no problem walking around unclad, plus she's dark skinned with long flowing white hair and striking blue eyes
