LOL! That picture is SOOOO cute! He was so funny when I was watching the special features on The Two Towers. He had to wear tape on his chest because his mike was rubbing against the hair. Then he told the person who is Marry to pull it off. Marry pulled it off and Billy cussed and his eyes were all watery. They were both laughing sooo hard. ^^ Billy is so adorable.
