The rain kinda symoblizes the Matrix binary code flowing down the screens, to me.

i think it might symbolize calamity. Because that seems to be what happens when it rains in the matrix.

Symbolizes a bad day. Like when it rains like that, you ussually think of a bad day right?

I mean like it sets a grim setting.
