Oh yes!! Behemoth and the Cheshire cat!

Winddance - why Virgil???

To add someone: Crowley and Aziraphale from Good Omens.

Any of the male Vampires from Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles.

John Coffey, Anne Wilks, Paul Sheldon, Andy Dufresn, mostly all of Stephen Kings characthers, they have deep characters, i love the way everyone in his books are humanized.

Especially all the machines tend to be just a bit too human.

Repairman jack from f. Paul wilson's repairman jack series. He's awesome.

my fav character would have to be Raskolnik from Crime and Punishment. i love how they describe the way he kills the old lady with the axe.
