I'm so... confused...

Spider-Man wins because Spider-Man can always outthink the hulk and with his spider-sense and rediculous agility, eventually, if it's even remotely possible, (like 1000 to 1) spidey can pull it off... it'd be different if the hulk had more endurance or something, but Spider-man's got super-endurance too...
