Sig question

Hope someone can help me...
I just downloaded Bannermaker Pro and made some banners to use as my sig. I tried to upload them a few times but all times it said the file is too big. Does anyone know what size ah can make them at Bannermaker Pro? I don't mind starting over again then...

well normally it should be written there when it says it's too big.Or hit the help...

It should tell you what the limit is in the message you get.

File size is limited to 20k (I think)

no, it is 20 KB; had that trouble a few times myself

It's been upped to 30k to allow more "creative" sigs.

it's a huge difference ! so many times have I tried to upload great pieces of my art in my sig and it said : "oups it's 21.3k , you cannot !".
This is life!! 😄
