Dang buzzing noise

nope that is a really really really loud dang blaring noise that threatens to break our ear drums as well as get us out of the building.....not the soft annoying ringing...

does it matter????...I suppose it does....but either way the neighbor who didn't like the buzzing noise could get violent

Check your room-mates bedside cabinet.

And wear some rubber gloves.

It is there when you don't want it there.
