Ok, let's run this lot through...
Fire, you flip over to the near side of the Bar.
Ares, you blat out the rest of your ammo. -2 to hit on each target, and ANOTHER -1 because their level of cover is a just a little bit more than your Eagle Eye can handle... You roll +6, +1, -2, for totals of 18, 13 and 11. Oooh, just the one kill... then we have one Hit for 4 and one Hit for 2.
You then switch weapons, gaining another exertion.
Burn and Ares (and everyone else who cares), do you mind if I change the rules for Very Fast actionds mjid-fight? It will, in fact, speed up your Coppertop Killer actions if I do so. I know how to get it right now. But I will not change mid-fight if you do not want me to.
Burn, you open fire. You roll -11 (ANOTHER duff shell!), +10 (Nailed!) and +6 (good enough!). Burn, you seem to find it impossible to roll nor al numbers these days...
San, you open fire eastwards. You roll +1, +3, +7 and evens. Not bad! But their cover does bugger your aim somewhat. Your final totals are: 11, 13, 17 and 10. One miss, one hit does merely passes through a shirtsleeve, one hit for 2, and one well deserved kill! A lot of your bullets plow into the bar...
Celsius, the others are right, you are indeed still climbing the stairs to get to the fight but I will do that action for you ASAP.
Coeus, you leap- over the bar- into the fray! Four of the goons get a free attack against you as you do... gah! Your luck finally runs out. Coeus. A +6 is an 18 and you are hit for 7 damage. JUST short of a wound! Close call there...
You roll evens, but that Flying Weapon takes you over the bar and no worries about cover. With the Sword having a Mundane Killing Power, and the high damage from the attack adding another, you slay your target.
The four remaining bad guys fire back at hose who attacked them- San, Ares, Burn and Coeus.
+8 on Burn for an 18. You are hit! 5 damage, Burn...
More reinforcements in the upstairs Restaurant as the doors behind open and six more gunners run in...
Celsius and Castor, you are now up!
Meanwhile, higher up...
Mors, the Knifeman tries to dodge your blow. You roll -3 for a final total of 13; the Knifeman's dodge took him to 15. Damn! Your blow misses as he steps to one side. But his blow back for -4 is easily countered by you!
You follow up with a quick stab, which again he dodges! You roll -1, for a 14, his dodge took him to 15 again. Damn him!
His stirke back, however, is more hardcore. First, he twirls his knife...
He then perfoms a Venegeance of the Butterfuly and three Stings of the Butterfly, for FOUR attacks on you! His kinfe blurs as he makes an incredible series of rapid stabs and slashes!
He rolls +7, +1, -3 and +7, for 20, 14, 10, 20. All in all, Mors, he slices you up for 15 damage! The final blow slashes nastily across your chest- you are wounded, Mors!
In your fight, Heph... I assume 'fast' was just descriptive rather than you taking a -2 to hit in order to lose an exertion. You roll +2 with your kick, hitting Zuban hard, making him growl as he takes 2 damage.
He brings his mace down upon you, as you dodge through him... He rolls evens, missing by as long way. SMASH, goes the floor again...
You then perform a Jump of the Grasshopper, which he dodges. Not good enough for him- you roll +1, and still hit! Zuban takes another two damage, but also falls back and is knocked Prone! He foes not attack you again as instead he struggles to his feet; he cannot dodge your next attack
Cloud, you can indeed Stance- though only against one of them which I shall make the Kick (it is more likely to miss).
The Kick rolls +2... for a final total of 14. The Stance took your defence to 15- perfect. Still dodging and weaving, your sword actiually lashes out and catches his foot as he kicks... you roll +1 on your attack for a 15, which hits him! Go-Ya takes 5 damage. Go-Yu's punch rolls evens, and you are fine.

Barbarossa, you are coming up the stairs this turn!
NOTE TO ALL- v1.31 of the rules are up. Don'tt worry, only very minor changes.
http://www.killermovies.com/forums/f41/t14847.html
Like I say, I will not introduce the new Very Fast rules if you do not wish me to... but I think you will want to. If we do, and Ares and Burn do nothing in an action but shoot, they can fire three times without gaining any exertion...
Heh... you know the Coppertop Killer and Eagle Eye stuff doesn;t need to be specified, those two are always working!
Ok! That's -3 to hit on each one you realise, Celsius... but at least only an additional -1 from cover. You roll: evens, evens, -2. Hmm- 10, 10, 8 is miss miss miss! However, two of them are now exerted out and miss their actions... and you lose an exertion.
Castor, you ARE upstairs from where you started. But you have not reached Cloud.
Heph, yes it is so possible, with a Swooping Eagle power (the Path for attacking Prone opponents). No-one seems to want that though.
If you want something to do with a Prone opponent, I do believe you have a Sharpened Scales power for that situation...
You jab out with a fast Knife attack- Zuban is busy lumbering to his feet and cannot dodge. You roll +2 for a 17, scracthing Zuban across the arm for two damage. Oooh, Zuban MAD! He is going to whirl hs mace at you now he is up- you do plan to dodge or anything?
You lose an exertion, of course.
Mors, you roll +4. Good shot! That is an 17, and you do indeed stab through his thigh for eight damage! Ouch!
His shot back is good too, though. +3 means he just gets past that attempted guard of your, and nicks you for another two points of damage.
Ares, glad you like them, we shall use those rules now. Which is good as I had used them already for that mass knife attack on Mors...
Ares, you roll +2, which comes out as a 14... a Hit for 3. And a -2, which is 10, a miss! Damn bar, getting in your way...
That's one Very Fast action. Anything else?
