If You Could Own Any Star Wars Ship

This is true. I'm just saying, flying into battle with the Slave one, you would take a lot of hits due to the whole flying-upright thing.
explain, please.

Wow, know you nothing?

-edit- not you rogue

Allright, lemme explain this the best way I can.

If an X-wing is flying straight at you, most of your shots are likely to miss. Why? Because it's only a sliver of a craft coming at you. The Slave I is one giant flat plane coming at you. Think of medieval shields in battle. You give them a lot of surface area because you WANT the enemy's shots to hit the shield. You turn yourself to the side in a swordfight so that the enemy has a really really small target. If you turned face first, they'd have a much greater chance of hitting you. Do you see what I'm saying at all? The Slave I, because of it's design, would HAVE to have a lot of good shielding, and a lot of hull integrity, because it would be rather hard to miss hitting it. You would have to aim a lot less carefully than aiming against an X-wing or the Millenium Falcon, or even a Tie Fighter.

Uh, in case you didn't know.. it DOES have good shielding and hull integrity.

I figured it did. But still, a difficult ship to pilot and walk away.

That's why Boba is best at what he does... 😛

Boba fet is kewl

OK HELLLOOOOOOOOOO PEOPLE???!??? Why so many votes for the Millenium Falcon? Even if you DID have it, you'de never be as good as Han behind the yoke because he knows the ship so well it's like an extention of himself, and the damn thing requires maintainance up the kazoo. It's like a Ford with laser cannons and a drive. 😛

interdictor cruisers are cool...if they have support units with them

Too bad it's not on the list. 😉 I voted any of the TIEs.. 😛

actually the interdictor would be apart of capitol ships. I just didn't have space to list it.

I DIDN'T SEE CAPITAL!!!D< Oh well. 😛

thats the reason i like the exacuter, its 1 and a half interdicters, 3 SSD, and a mini deathstar in one,
also when the slave I came out the only threat really 1 on 1 would be a ship bigger then it, even then the slave I would speed away, the jedi star fighter has too weak weapondry, droid fighters are have bad AI(for average and above pilots) and the Z-95 headhunters werent ever good. so for its time it was a great ship, nowadays its a peice of junk almost.
same thing for the Falcon, it used to be the best ship in the galaxy, but now you get get uncustomized ships with equal or better abilities.

just a question, anyone know when the Z-95 HH came out? i know its around the clone war period, but i dont know exact

several other versions that never made it to production lines, some never even prototype, these were produced, all the same except better armor, more powerful generater(power for sheilds, engine,& weapons), stronger engines, faster fire, and system upgrades, but no chasis changes and they still use 4 medium laser cannons

sorry for being ignorant but whats the differences in those? personally i like the x-wing that flies around and shoots things. yeah...

they are different versions of the x-wing, like the difference btween a '03 model car and a '98 model car.

The Moldy Crow, hands down. I was disappointed when it was replaced by a deliberately cool ship like the Raven's Claw. I personally prefer the rag-tag slapped-together quality of the Moldy Crow and I miss it, insofar as I can miss a ship that was featured so infrequently.

NeuroPirate. I said the exact same thing when I saw the Raven's Claw. It really did look like slab if durasteel with two ugly oversized engines attached to it, but, I came to appreciate it.

This is still around. Creepy. =o
