((Whoa. Damn. Talk about Drama. Sounds like something that's bound to eventually happen at my school. O.O No exaggeration either.
I think my site is listed on my profile, I'll check it once I finish this post.))
The inhales and exhales and scratches seemed to begin to etch themselves into her ears as she watched. Looking up for the moments the bell began to ring. She stood then walked from the class, cursing herself for what she is getting herself into. It wasn't long before more contact made between the two. As he planted the kiss on her forehead, she closed her eyes, trying to hold back the rivers building behind the dam. She looked at him as he spoke of the invitation to a diner. She gulped, taking a puny ((That's a rather amusing word)) step back at his offer. This was a large shock. Another new thing. Why was it that just as she began getting along, a dilemme like so begins to surface. She told herself she wouldn't take into stuff like this. But here she was, guard completely gone, yet fear beginning to surface in her mind. She turned her head a little to the side, staring at the ground as she thought. But before she came up with an answer, Reven had asked her to stay put and was now down the hall confronting some guys ((I'm not too fond of stereotypes if you can't tell. Though they help in storylines though)).
Reality stood in that same spot. In the middle of the hallway where Reven had left her as she watched it all. Some boy run off into the bathroom as Reven pinned the guy against the lockers, his hand seemed to be squeazing the guy's crotch. ((Even though I exist in this world as a female, that's still have to be really paingful. I makes me cringe just the description in it. Ohh. >_< )) Reality continued to stand watch as Revens shirt was tore open. There was a tint of darkness spread across it. Letters. But Reality couldn't read it.
Before Reality knew it, she witnessed everything as the boy who had run off earlier ran back into the scene and began to stab at the guy viciously. Meaning death. The boy was a coward. Run off only to come back as a cheat. Stab a guy then take off. Coward. The sound of screeching breaks sounded in the distance and it assured Reality that he was seriously Cowardly. The next thing that came seemed to make no sense to Reality. It all just seemed to confuse her ((Literally. I'm a bit confused on how you guys stated the details on who got stabbed and how Reven got hurt so I think I'll just do with what I have.)). Yet through it all, Reality continued to stand there, almost in a daze, watching as it all happened, yet doing nothing to end any of it, it almost seemed as if she was a doll, paralyzed, frozen in that spot as everything happened. As blood slid from the locker and from peoples chests and glass was flown onto the ground. None of it made sense to Reality. Yet she conintued to watch, frozen.
Kids began exiting their classes only to run back inside from the hallway scene. She could sense the fear some felt, and the sickness from the rest. She ignored it. Trying to gather everything that was going on. She watched as Reven got up and began walking in a limp towards the nearest exit making sure to grab his bag. She watched as he collasped. She watched as he rolled over to his back only to black out seconds later. And as soon as she felt him black out, his lips on her forehead flashed before her eyes. She blinked, one or two tears sliding down her cheek from the constant stare and no-blink during the whole situation. Her eyes still remained Charcoal.
Reality watched as the girl she had met earlier, Krysta, made a phone call as she ran to Reven's side. She watched as Krysta tried to stop the bleeding. She watched as Krysta removed her own shirt to shove inside the wound, in hopes the bleeding would stop. Reality only stood and watched as paramedics arrived in the ambulance to place Reven on the stretcher. She watched as the rounded the corner to the outside, seeing the back of the ambulance where Reven was rolled into, followed by the shirtless girl. With all that happened, Reality continued to stand there, listening to Reven's words, 'wait here', but though she waited for him, a quick thought of jealousy crossed her mind towards the girl wandering around in her bra. With Reven. And as these thoughts invaded Reality's blank mind, her eyes flashed ash blue.
As they flashed, only for the thoughts, Reality shut her eyes tightly shaking her head for a moment and reopened them to reveal the charcoal grey had returned. She took a step, moving from where he had asked her to 'wait here.' A few more steps after that turned into a pace that stopped at his bag. She looked down. She could hear teachers shuffling kids into classrooms. But they seemed to leave Rreality alone. As if she was invisible. Which is what she felt at the moment. She squatted down to pick up the bag. A flap of it hung open. Reality moved her hand to the bag to pick it up. At that moment, everything flushed into her mind like a large wave crashing on the rocks as everything sank in. The blood. The wound. The sirens. The ambulance. The stretched. Everything. The dam in her eyes broke as the rivers began to flow down her face, forming several streams of clear crystal waters. Salty at taste as some ended at her lips.
She couldn't believe it. How could she just stand there and watch as everything happened right before her eyes. She stood there and watched Reven bleed down the hall yet she just stood there. Reality's chin made contact with her chest has her had fell. She brought his bag to her chest, hugging it, holding it tighter than she had ever held something. Reality just couldn't understand how she could just stand there. She was in disbelief. Something like this couldn't happen. Not like this. Not with someone she knew. Not Reven. As she cried she tried to make sense of everything. But she couldn't. It all just kept coming back to her all the same. How she just stood by and watched. Reality dropped from her squat to her knees as one of her hands flew to the ground to break of face first fall. She kneeled there, hair somehow fallen out of ther rubberband and tears dripping from her nose. Her hand which held her from the floor clenched in a fist, leaving small scratches in the floor. She looked up, face red and moist.
Before she knew it, she was walking down the road. ((Yes the road.)) Walking down the middle of the road towards the hospital. Ignoring oncoming cars who continued to curse and honk at her. Strangely, this was Reality, not the Ash Blue Eyes. No. Ash had obviously left this one for Reality. You need to face this one this time Reality. I'm not coming to your rescue. Or at least not to Aid. I'm going to nap. The voice sounded in her head.
Reality's steps only ceased when she stood at the entrance of a building. She began to walk again as the two large sliding glass doors opened. Cold air conditioned air smacked her face as she stepped in. And suddenly, her rage which got her up here, filtered from her body and only left hope. Her face had been dried and back to its natural color for some time now. She only look like some girl clutching onto her favorite bag trying to keep it a secret. Reality let the hand with the bag fall loosely at her side. As she did, something fell out. It was a picture. She bent down and looked at it, shoving it back into the bag as if wishing she didn't see it. It was of Reven, and someone else. She stood there, hoping for something, someone to show her the way to Reven.
There was something she needed to do.
